swivel of scaled head, blind blue eyes locking onto the general location of Ryu, a hiss sliding from their lips as they took in his scent. this was a new body, a new voice, as they supposed most of the bodies would be here. there was little hope for the days of old when this had been their stomping grounds before goldenluxury had come around. they were silent for a moment, considering him before a deep rumble escaped them, their voice slightly muffled, "this is my home. our home.", they growled lowly finally, their jaws spread the slightest. for those close enough, they were likely to pick up on the hint of blood scent seeping from the god's jaws, from the passenger that they carried within the dark safety.

blinking slowly, studying his scent, "a long time ago this place was my home. almost my group.", their gaze narrowed the slightest, unable to see but able to have a general idea of ryu's location. they didn't feel any kinship to the other, not even for the dragon's blood coursing through his veins assuredly. a snort peeled from them, "who dares lead this group now.", the last they knew of it had been gael. too soft-hearted, but mind you, they had once been as peace-seeking as the fox had. fighting back the snarl that was building in their chest, too many leaders had come and gone. it was more akin to a lawless land of hell. calming the building rumble, mindful of the much smaller passenger they carried with them.
