Vayne winced as her mother's voice echoed in her mind, a telepathic message spoken seemingly only to her. Seeing Aphra here made the Privateer angry; of course this was where she ran off to. Although Aphra had been there during her Entrance Ritual, Vayne hadn't gotten the chance to really tell where she had gone off to. The Coalition was The Typhoon's biggest enemy and of all places, Aphra had to choose here, didn't she? Vayne's own fur bristled as Aphra came over, followed by her clanmates.
"I can talk." Vayne snapped, glaring at Angelembrace. The jaguar cub had venom in his tone, mentioning siblings. So she was related to this guy, too? It shouldn't be that much of a surprise, but it did make Vayne wonder why Aphra was so hung up on her. Defiantly, she turned her gaze back to Aphra and tilted her head up (as much as could at least), as if trying to mock how haughty Aphra looked. "My name is Vayne Cipher-Folie-Roux, and I am the daughter of Captain Roxanne and Officer Diya -" Now she turned towards Angelembrace again, lowering her head to glare at him.
