His ears swiveled to catch different sounds. He was here mainly as another physical guard for Arlo, a position similar to Damion in guarding their Vanguard in potential enemy territory.
The akhlut's words made his ears twitch as he moved closer to Arlo, taking in a customary glance of the territory around them. He stood up, shaking his fur out as he motioned to walk closer to Auberon. He could feel the weight in his words. Squinting up at the strange beast, he would blink before circling back to Arlo and remaining there. The mountains could be dangerous if they weren't prepared. He could understand the other's wariness. Strength provided results after all.
