Saturn lifted their head and turn it towards Byriath as the other drew closer, a smile gracing their features as their icy yet foggy orbs settled on where they assumed the other was. “Hello Byriath I’m quite alright just a bit lost in thought so to speak,” they mused with a small hum. “How are you? Good I hope,” they asked, sincere lacing their words.
The strings of their heart tugged in their chest, as if trying to play the broken melody it used to sing so long ago. But the feline shoved the feeling away, not quite sure why at such a time their heart would call out it’s song. And for who? None other than Byriath but why they would never know. The two hadn’t known each other long, but they supposed in those few meetings they’ve had something picked up.
