Well... this was far from ideal. There he had been, safely tucked away in the sparse foliage, hoping that he had been mistaken in thinking that he heard a sound. If he had, that would mean he could just take a deep breath and relax, and continue on his way. Unfortunately, he had heard someone, and they had heard his call. Not only that, but his presence had evidently attracted several someones. It was enough to make Fraggle's heart sink, the guttural sound from Aesior causing him to shrink back further. He didn't understand that the other had no intention of hurting him, and it was lucky that Arlo arrived when he did. The young rabbit wasn't able to read at all, quite yet. Or... maybe he had been able to, before, but he certainly couldn't remember any of what he had learned. Arlo's words were more straightforward, however, and they were enough to draw Frag forward, albeit reluctantly.
Not wanting to remain hidden and anger anyone, the boy took a few long hops forward, so that he was sitting right in front of both Aesior and Arlo. His blue gaze flicked between the both of them, taking in Aesior's scars, and Arlo's horns. However, physical features alone weren't enough to determine him, considering the leader's kind words. After all, Fragglerock himself looked pretty odd, with his ears that were really more like wings. Said feathered ears seemed to twitch a little as he spoke up, shifting on the spot, "You... you guys really aren't going to eat me? I can't... I can't quite remember where I came from, but I've been traveling for a little while. And so far, whenever I encounter other people, they always try to eat me... getting some food for myself sounds pretty good, though." He hadn't had the chance to have some leafy greens in quite a while, especially while on the rocky plains. There was a bit of foliage, yes, but nothing really to his tastes.
The young rabbit had finally been beginning to settle when Cleo approached, her first words sharp and mocking towards Arlo and Aesior. Despite her pretty appearance – at least in Fraggle's opinion – her attitude caused his ears to draw back and a frown to come to his muzzle. He took only a moment before he spoke up once more, his voice gaining a bit more confidence, "I'm not just any rabbit! My name's Fragglerock. Like I said, I don't quite remember where I came from, but... I suppose I'm looking for somewhere to stay. I didn't really notice, but... I'm assuming all you guys being here means that a group lives here?" He gave a glance at the rocky plateau around them, looking for signs of others. He felt bad about missing some kind of potential border, but he had been in a rush before.
