You would think given how recognizable his pelt color and scent was, Caesar would learn by now to change that. The demon knew it would benefit him, especially if he were planning on wrecking as much havoc as he wanted to do.
Being well-hidden was one way to ensure he wouldn't get his ass kicked before he managed to do any damage, considering how he wasn't well-adapted to physical fights. The rustling of leaves and branches made the savannah look up, ignoring the pain that shot through his shoulder from the wound Goldenluxury had made - only to see a draconic Siamese cat coming straight down at him. Before he could register what was going on, the Soothslayer pinned him down.
Caesar had no idea who Roan was, nor did he particularly care. What he did notice, though, was the fact that Roan carried the scent of herbs on him. A medic. Oh ho, how funny would it be if The Typhoon's medic was harmed and unable to do his job? Claws dug into his body from where Roan held him down, and dug into his muzzle, but the pain that he should be feeling didn't register. Instead, the savannah felt a rush of adrenaline; he lashed his tail, lighting himself on fire as an attempt to burn Roan's paws or at the very least try to make the younger feline release him.
