Arrow was gettin’ real sick and tired of all the blood and gore recently. First all of the Coalition and Vigenere becoming lemon rinds, then Elsweyr, now Seven. It gave her the worst possible sense of déjà vu, memories of a bloodier past that she would have rather squashed down into her subconscious with her paws instead of relive it with different faces. Just made more graves, nothing else came out of it. None of that coming out stronger bullshit for her, no sir.
What she was not ready for was Seven rolling back into the swamp almost immediately, which was startling even for her, y’know, the ex-ghost. But she had a year of radio silence, Seven had like, hours. It was the voice first that caught her attention, echoing though the trees and causing the cheetah to stumble around like a moron trying to recalibrate following her shock.
A new body meant the lack of anything familiar to track her down, unfortunately. So it did take her a little while to find the tigress. And even then, she looked so...different. Been there done that. ”Sev?” Arrow asked cautiously, swallowing thickly at the words that rang in her ears in the most awful way.
Can’t see.
Arrow attempted to lay her tail across Seven’s shoulders, purposely stepping on a branch to make her location clearly known, voice and scent aside. ”Hey, hey, Sev. Easy does it, we’re gonna go find Moth, alright?” That was the least she could do, but she didn’t know what Moth would be able to do about this. Blindness was sorta...permanent. And she didn’t like the glassy look in those eyes.
