I'm going to have to say no if they're walking on both legs all the time, especially seeing that they only walk for a short amount of time on their back legs. Given that this is also a hybrid with a wolf, their legs would be substantially weaker also. Along with that our rules explicitly state that any unnatural bipedals are against the rules.
Standing occasionally on their hind legs would be fine though. This would be for VERY short distances or to grab items within taller spaces.
