But he won't really mind if he doesn't like it. It'd be amusing to see him get all fussy, so either way, it'll be worth it. But he won't say all that out loud. "Yeah, I hope he does," he replies, then turns to Luna, who he isn't too familiar with. He makes a mental note to get to know her some more later, but for now, he has another objective in mind.
His tail thumps against the ground as the star himself finally appears, looking a bit puzzled by his obvious excitement. Oh, this'll be good, he can tell.
He opens his mouth, then pauses as an even better idea strikes him. "Close your eyes first and you'll find out," he grins, unsure if his friend will or not. If he did, he'd probably take it as a compliment, since it meant he trusted him. Or at least trusted him enough to close his eyes and not expect him to do something to him. Once he's not looking, he slides the hat out from behind him, reaching up to plop it on top of his head.
He adjusts it slightly, making sure it's not uncomfortable before taking a step back, taking a moment to laugh at the sight. "Ta-daa!"
