The call for a meeting is enough to lull Lavi away from his mediation, frowning thoughtfully as he considered the quiet time that has passed.  Tena had made her displeasure known, but the Jedi expected that.  What the mountain cat did not expect was Stryker to arrive on the scene, eyes narrowing as he watched the ground open beneath the Astral Serepahs who once called him their ally.

Tena.  There are alternatives to fighting, he attempted to caution his friend telepathically, ears flat.  You're the closest thing we've got to a leader without Hani and Alani.  As their former Magna, they needed her to keep her cool.  In her current state of recovery, she didn't need to be picking fights.

Or actively getting hurt either, and Lavi doesn't hesitate to freeze Stryker's projectile midair with his telekinesis, lashing his tail behind him.  He would protect Tena with his life if he had to.  "you've made your point, nerf."

"I've known conquerors like you," he remarked passively.  "You always believe you can hold onto more than you can -- believe me, we'll be watching when it falls apart around you."
