The petite sand cat felt her ears twitch.  Head tilting towards the sound of a voice calling and away from the now empty cup of tzai she had been sipping.  Happy to leave the house.  Tena rose up to her paws, flipping over the CLOSED sign, since her home doubled as her Tea and Tzai shop.

Her tail waved behind her in greeting.  Smiling friendlily, the Demdji adjusted her angle to keep Apollo within view of her good eye as she took a seat.  It had been well over a moon since half her face had been burned, but she was still acclimating.  Stubborn.

"I'll listen."

Little enticed Tena like a story.  The tales of her people she kept close to her heart, reserved for special moments.  For lessons.  For when someone needed to hear it.  They carried messages.  But the wildcat enjoyed casual tales as well.

Stories were perhaps, one of the only things that could keep her rather flighty attention-span.
