The pastel explosion wandered over, his yellow ears flicking forward. He nodded along with the announcements, glancing ‘round to look for the newcomers mentioned and sad to hear about Suga’s decision. Ah, well, so long as the lady lived her best life, he supposed that worked for him. He looked around for Tree, too, but he couldn’t spot his brother in the crowd so far.
“Congrats!” he barked. He nodded to Medusa and glanced around to Foamkit and Drifting-Feather to do the same for them.
Then he heard the promotions, and he blinked. What. He yelled at Stryker and generally moped about. Well, sure, the Halloween spirit had temporarily lifted his spirits, but what the hell? Even so, he couldn’t help but grin.
He stalked towards Vaas, keeping behind the tiger, and he attempted to leap on Vaas’s back. “Waverunner, aye? We’re the same rank, Boss!” Somehow that made him giddy as hell, and he couldn’t stop giggling about that.
