the sound of the newest member's voice drew the kingpin from the inn, the jaguar unfurling from the fireplace where they had been resting as of late, their bones stiff and aching with the cold air. yawning as they stretched, they got to their feet, blinking sleep from their eyes, groaning as they stretched, "hello loam. a bonfire? how kind of you.", they murmured as they smiled at her, the nervous black she cat a reminder of their lost daughter before they pushed such a memory away. a bonfire ... they would like to invite others to join them here in this place to share in stories and good faith. nodding to her, they slipped from the inn, heading along the recently cleared pathways to the abandoned village, enjoying the brisk cold air against their fur. would anyone accept any invitations that were sent out? they hoped that they could make peace with some of those that might attend, and possibly make new friends. looking at the wooden structure, they smiled faintly, wondering how it would look all lit up and in it's glory.
