Should Vigenere have heard the other leaders' thoughts on his brother, he likely would have been offended. Caesar was a force to trifle with, should he use his full strength. Of course, it may be entirely possible that Caesar simply had no power in this world, given how the place hasn't been ruined yet; but still, the others seemed to disregard Caesar as if he were a fly and that was rather concerning in Vigenere's eyes. Then again, He had to remind himself. Not everyone knows what he did to our home. Perhaps it was better that way; Vigenere knew that Caesar mostly liked having people fear him and if others were truly shrugging them off as they seemed to, then maybe that was a good thing (even if Caesar was personally offended by it). After all, the demon didn't like being made fun of, as evident by the fact that everything Vigenere and Atbash had been through was solely because of Caesar throwing a tantrum.
But Caesar was not here and clearly, not among the other groups. As worrying as that sounded, it did put Vigenere at ease somewhat. At least it meant that Caesar wasn't going to destroy a group from the inside out - and perhaps that was also why others seem to disregard him; but what did the Luminary know? Nothing.
The savannah was forced out of his thoughts as an argument broke out between Roxanne and the new leader of The Elysium - the crackling in the air sparking a familiar sensation within Vigenere. In an attempt to protect [member=16141]hani and alani.[/member] , Vigenere tried to direct Roan's bolt of lightning elsewhere. Regardless if he were successful or not, the demon glared at Roan. Using powers weren't necessary at all and while the savannah hated using his powers unless he absolutely had to - he considered his attempt at deflecting Roan's attack as 'important', since he was trying to protect the Elysium leaders. Gael was right; this was a peaceful gathering and although he had a personal gripe with The Pitt (as evident by his first reaction to Gael), he knew it was better than starting a fight here.[glow=COLOR,1,400] ━ ✧*:・゚[/glow]
