It seemed as though Rhinestonestar wouldn't be left alone with Foamkit for long, although that was hardly a bad thing. Aside from helping to train an apprentice of his own, Rhine had very little experience with children. He occasionally helped out with kitsitting, and he always went to congratulate the new queens on giving birth, but beyond that? He had no kids of his own, and the weight of the tiny tom in his mouth was actually a bit horrifying. At least others were around to help out, even if he wasn't sure about how much experience Penumbra had, and was fairly sure Stormspine knew nothing about carrying for kits. Keeping his hold on the poor little one's scruff, the leader muttered in a slightly muffled voice, his ears flattening down against his head, "They can't be very old at all... maybe a moon, at the most? We'll have to bring him to one of the nursing queens, I can't imagine he can eat many solids right now." Despite not having any little ones of his own, Rhinestone still knew that most kits couldn't eat solids for quite a while – something his own mother had taught him. So, they'd need one of the queens in the nursery to help.

When Hailkit came bounding up, the rusty colored tom found himself tensing slightly, not wanting anything to happen to either child. Voice still slightly muffled, he explained in a patient voice, "You can't play with them quite yet, Hailkit. They're too little, and we don't want them getting hurt. As for a name... I don't believe they have one yet. We'll all have to help to come up with one." Moving forward a little, Rhine's gaze scanned around camp until he found the nursery, a relieved breath leaving him. He muttered to Stormspine, glancing up at the massive dinosaur, "He was very nearly in the sea foam... his parents must've left him there. I can't begin to imagine why..." The feline shook his head the faintest bit, making sure not to jostle Foamkit before he continued his beeline towards the nursery, where the new little one would be the safest.
