”if it helps you can come fishing with me Weeping!” an exclamation ensued as the familiar shadow of the very large, but admittedly young for his species Spinosaurus rounded into the area - having heard the yelp on his way back from a patrol route which admittedly he’d been doing them more since the fox attack - and when he hadn’t he was often a fixture at the entrance of the nesting site, or where the dents and their hatchlings were - an ever vigilant bodyguard!

Storm clicked his claws together sheepishly ”if that’s alright with Rhine?” as if realising that he should probably ask - but he’d keep the little hatchling safe! And it was always good to learn early - but even hurt from the crab this was good work to which the spinosaur nodded his own appraisal ”a fine catch” crabs were quite something - good food, a variety from the usual fish fair.

And hey you get a better view above - you can see if any strangers are about” sensing a way to maybe appease the kit that ever seemed to be trying to prove himself - which Storm found endearing but no need to grow up so quickly, there was still childhood to live through yet before all the problems that came after - even if storm had had to grow up quicker than most.
