Despite her injuries, Roxanne had her ways of moving around or so distracting someone enough to get away with murder though that wasn't what she was doing right now. She was aware of the recent clutch of crocodile eggs near the jungle and normally, her own saltwater crocodile was there time to time seeing as Kalayavan was free to come and go as he pleased. Roxie often found herself laying on top of the giant reptile which was quite the spectacle to those not used to seeing a small cat on top of something so monstrous and could easily swallow her whole. At the moment, the tiny femme was sprawled out upon the giant reptile with something large in her grasp, she tucked it close to her chest making sure that it was warm the entire time she cradled it like a newborn infant. If one got a closer look they would realize it was an egg of some sort. Roxie was fully aware of what egg she was currently holding as of right now, a saltwater crocodile egg and it was likely from her own beloved Kal's clutch.
The crocodile was sunbathing whilst Roxie lay on top of the giant, her attention mainly on the sky above her. It made her wonder over a few things... Of how things would be when she was gone, now, she probably shouldn't have been thinking of such things but she wasn't able to stop the thought process. She managed to luckily escape the Pitt with a few scratches to remember them by and she was determined to live for a long while but did life have that plan for her. She was uncertain and closed her eyes still holding onto the egg, Roxie began to hum a soft melody. Roxanne just had to think positive... Her new great nephew and nieces would be born anyday, that was something she was glad that she wouldn't miss. They were her family and this was her home forever. Her eyes reopening in that moment as she glanced around for her firstborn, if it ever did come to Roxie passing away from the cruelty of the Pitt then so be it but she wished to leave something for Roan.
