Long story short, Sweeney had found out she'd had the ability to control electricity. How she found out? She'd been chasing after a roadrunner, curious to what it was and why it had gone out of the desert into the jungle. She'd chased it out of the jungle and into a dune, and just when she was about to run after it once more, she'd tripped over her own feet, and the second she began to fall, she felt electricity course through her feet and shoot forward, and saw the small arc of lightning come forth and hit the ground, the loud clap of thunder following behind it.
When the lightning had come from her paws though, it seemed to have changed her. Fur was now that of a black fox, speckles of her old orange fur coming through slightly here and there speckled at the top of her head. Where shoulders were before she now donned colorful wings. Colorful feathers weaved their way through her fur up her legs and sat upon the base of her tail - no, tails, for she now had two. Fire-hued eyes seemed to glow as she looked in awe at the now dead and roasted road runner in front of her, both confused and proud of what she had done and what she'd become.
