”yeah that’s Ament” came a young voice behind the current gathering group, little Jaime padding up quietly to join them.
And well, he was rather another proof to the ‘everyone here has horns and/or wings’ though he had the slit and eerie green eyes to boot instead of the horns his siblings carried.
Jaime stopped beside Ament, and somehow did his best to chitter what passed as a greeting among the pack - he’d wanted to learn to speak their tongue and though it was hard going, he knew at least a hello and a call for help by now
He’d have to enlist granpa Luci and Ament’s help later for more raptor language lessons.
But back to the matter at hand, Jaime’s eyes flickered over to the stranger - an unfamiliar surge in his chest that felt stand-offish to anyone that wasn’t typhoon, he’d noticed he’d been getting taht strange feeling a lot lately - concerning really, but, well, his eyes flickered to his mother - if she was joking with them then surely this must be a new recruit perhaps?
”m’Jaime, miss, nice to meet you” he still had manners after all.
