// this is before the meteor!

Farming was one thing that Piers hadn't truly seen around the Pitt. It had been something he'd heard of in Tanglewood, however, knowing that the farm to the north had once existed. He didn't know if there was any activity there, however, knowing that living there gave a different existence. So, within the past few weeks, Piers had been spending time building a new project. Finding wood, glass, and the metal to support this project had been quite the task. For long, long days, the frame had sat covered with a tarp.

But, slowly, it came together, his paws scraped here and there from handling the glass for the roof, and with some enlisted help of the NPCs, the roof had been attached. In these final days, he was sealing with some mud, and propping the door onto the greenhouse. Slowly, the adolescent stepped back, his tail swaying behind him a bit. A long huff came from the jaguar-caracal as his eyes scanned the building. Tufted ears twitched as he stepped to it, pulling the door open.

He stepped inside. It still smelled of roughly sawed wood and mud, but it was beginning to warm up under the hot sun of the Pitt. He looked about at the tiny table in the corner, then the bare floor. A soft grin touched his face as he stepped back out, leaving the door propped so it wouldn't heat up too much. "Time to find plants." He said to himself. Hopefully, none of those rascal kids would fuck it up.
