Before the past couple of days, Aphra had been practically nonexistent around The Typhoon. Yeah, she may have popped by here and there but never really interacted with anybody. But given the current events... maybe that was a good thing. Better to lay low than cause a scene... but unfortunately that wasn't how Aphra rolled. She thrived on attention, whether it be good or bad.
"... Do what you gotta do." Aphra finally responded to Roan's question with a mutter, knowing that whatever he was going to do was going to sting. But the good thing here was that even if it stung now, it was going to be a lot better latter. If Roan was as confident as he was, then she had to let him at least try.
