The cheerfulness in Seakit's voice almost made Aphra want to gag. The child was blissfully ignorant, completely unaware of the dangers that the ocean could provide to him, especially at such a time as of now. Sharks lurked the ocean and even if they never really ventured this far onto shore, it didn't mean that Seakit couldn't wander farther into the depths and encounter one. But perhaps that was only wishful thinking...

Aphra paused at Seakit's question, considering if she wanted to answer him or not. Either way, he would learn of her soon eventually and if it got back to Goldenluxury that Aphra had lied to her kid, well.. that might not end good.
"Can't sleep." Okay, a little lie wouldn't hurt. Besides, it wasn't completely a lie. "And my name is Aphra." She didn't bother with her last name; it wasn't important right now. Besides, the kid didn't know of her family or heritage. "You shouldn't be away from your momma though, dear." Even if her statement was true, she certainly didn't mean it. "Aren't you Goldenluxury's kid?" She just wanted to be sure.
