He throws his other paw, aiming to smack the wolf in the face, and moves again, aiming to send a metal leg into the wolf's gut to make it let go, and if successful, Octane would roll onto his stomach, scramble to his legs, and break into a run.
Finally, something fucking interesting! Now he just needed to make some distance, maneuver himself, flank the wolf and take it out. Easy.
