a soft, slightly frustrated huff left he semi-feral tiger as he jumped to his feet, staring intently at aurum as he steadied himself. he hadn't meant to scare the other, of course, but he didn't exactly have much control over that. he could feel the other's exhaustion, and he had for some time now. he didn't like that. he hesitated slightly, looking down to where the necklace would've been, finding it was gone and feeling his ears flatten in disappointment. "mine." his voice had changed slightly since they last spoke, since his throat had time to heal from the abuse it had gone through with the metal collar and many days of not drinking a single drop of water.

slowly, he lowered his head to look directly at where the necklace would've hung down again, a pouty look to his big face.
