REDVOX "VINNY" ABRAMO - cis male - goat-bat hybrid - harbinger
It wasn't often that Vinny had nightmares, at least not anymore. Back in the days right after the Halls had originally burned down? Oh, he had so many nightmares back then. Nearly every night the hybrid had been wracked with night terrors, and horrible visions of the flames devouring everything, including himself and the home he had worked so hard to help build with Hadley. Thankfully, now that the Halls had been rebuilt from the ground up and was looking pretty damn good, the nightmares had subsided, being replaced instead with the occasional dream about Bertille, or just random fuzzy dreams full of vague emotion.
It also wasn't often that Vin found himself in other people's rooms. In fact, he almost never just let himself in to another's room, a fact that made him quite different from Aslisk, who seemed to just like teleporting wherever she pleased. Regardless, Vox hadn't been looking to be in Roman's room that day. However, the harbinger had just been passing by on the way up to his own room when he noticed it. The door, usually shut tightly at night like most of the rooms within the fortress, was open, and slightly ajar. Vinny considered just closing the door and continuing on, but for some reason, he felt a vaguely unsettled feeling in his chest, one that drove him to look inside. The moment that the hybrid saw the snake that was latched onto Roman's foot, his eyes went nearly comically wide. A snarl left the hybrid as he quickly rushed forward, moving to grab the snake in his jaws and sink his razor sharp bat fangs in, attempting to pull the reptile off of the arch-templar. As he did this, he grunted out urgently in a muffled tone, "Roman! 'Ey! Wake th'hell up!" It wasn't exactly the nicest way to get the other up, but it got the point across in the urgent manner he desperately needed.
