He had gotten used to the random impulses that had tried to take hold of him again, and learned to resist it well enough to be a functioning member of Elysium. Well, functional enough to be doing some basic work and help instead of participating in hunting. He still didn’t feel comfortable hunting alone or with others yet due to the incident at the border a week or so ago.

“Sir, you look cold. Can I get you a blanket?” Valerian had plenty of those laying around, naturally being a really physically cold person. He was no heater, and used all the blankets and stuffed animals he could get his paws on to stay warm and feel... safer. With that thought in mind, he did want to go back to his room. He was beginning to feel uncomfortable already.

Regardless, he still wanted to help in some capacity. A small muscle twitch of his lip would indicate a smile, the best he could offer. He wasn’t the best with expressing himself.
