REDVOX "VINNY" ABRAMO - cis male - goat-bat hybrid - harbinger
Redvox was... well, he'd be lying if he said that he wasn't pleased with the fact that Aslisk didn't snap back at him any further than just grumbling out one of her strange curses. He gave a sharp grin at Aslisk for a moment, before he was distracted by the appearance of yet another new face. A confused and worried look came to the harbinger's face as he glanced towards Hamaru, opening his mouth to introduce himself – when suddenly Aslisl interrupted. His ears pinned down against his head as he heard her words, and the hybrid rolled his eyes before grumbling at the wyvern, shaking his head, "Aslisk... I don't even fuckin' know what a firesprink is. 'Ve'never even seen this guy in m'life. That would be why I was about to introduce m'self." He then glanced back towards Hamaru, stepping a little bit more towards D in a sort of protective way – not that D really needed protection, if Vox was being honest with himself. Waving a wing, Vox mumbled to Hamaru after a moment, trying not to seem too threatening – just in case Hamaru just wanted to join and wasn't a threat, "'Ey there. What's up, ya here to join or somethin'? 'Cause this is Halls of Hiraeth territory, 'n' if you're not, we're gonna 'ave some problems." He couldn't help it, he had already been in an aggressive mood thanks to Aslisk, and now there was some stranger on his territory? He could only hope that whoever Hamaru was, he hadn't come over the border intentionally.
His questioning was interrupted by the soft words of D from beside him, and he glanced towards them, listening to what they had to say. It seemed as though his earlier comment had gone ignored, considering the fact that he had once again been addressed as "Harbinger Redvox." A sigh left him before he spoke again, nodding a little bit as he mumbled, gently patting D on the back, "I guess it isn't 'necessary' for ya t'see much more than th'main buildin', but that doesn't mean that it isn't fun ta explore around, ya know?" He doubted that D would know, but he couldn't help but ask. He wasn't used to having someone like D in the group, considering he hadn't ever really met anybody like them. D just seemed so... mechanical. Not in an entirely bad way, but definitely a very interesting way, and one that would take a while for Vox to completely understand. Especially since D seemed to respect him so very much, something that was even more completely disorienting for the hybrid, who didn't often think very highly of himself.
