Soft ears pricked at the sound of someone at her door, she hadn't had visitors for a very long time. After Monroe, she stopped really spending time with anyone outside of Elio and she doubted many Elysites knew someone lived in the overgrown lakeside cottage. It sure looked the part of an abandoned home to say the least, though the foliage was more of a personal choice of Pele's. Elio was on the move before she was, skittering across the floorboards and pulling open the door with the little pulley system Pele made for him. He peeked around the door using the turned handle as his perch. The white squirrel gave a wave and a 'come in' kind of motion to Nine. Then Sanzu's voice came to his ears, the young dragon was a frightening image for him, a prey animal, and so it sent him scuttling back into Pele's reach.

"Mmh? What is it Elio? I thought you were bringing in the visitors." He shook his head frantically, climbing up her body to rest between her horns. Pele raised a brow, turning and walking to the cracked open door and widening the opening. She observed the feline, and then the green reptile with minimal interest to both. "Oh now that's just rude Elio, not all predators want to eat you." The scolding was motherly as she looked up, catching only his ears in her gaze. The ragdoll returned her gaze to the two, a soft smile curling itself onto her lips. "Do come in, I've made about two baker's dozens of white chocolate raspberry. Would either of you like some tea?"
