Samantha was more then a little hurt. Her spine had been torn up, her front leg broken, her ribs broken, and side torn up and chest gone. Her right eye? Demolished. Her head was still wrapped up. She had hardly been left alone by Selby, but within time she was allowed to return home on her own. When she had returned home, of course, it was a mess. Dust everywhere, windows still kind of boarded up. There was debree here and there, and she swore that cricket was going to have to perish soon.
But injured as she was, Sam wasn't up to cleaning or fixing right now. Instead, she took a different approach and slept most of the time. She drank, she ate, and she really wished she could smoke, but she was trying her best to sleep. Nightmares plauged her, Dean switching in and out for someone else, and she almost found the taste of the sea bitter. Sam's ears flattened at the knock, however. She had been eating something basic, that could find it's way past broken ribs and into her stomach, hopefully to stay.
Sam limped to the door, grimacing with each movement. Her spine was definitely complaining. The door swung open before she heard who it was, only to pause and inhale sharply. She hadn't known that Goldie had been injured, much less coming. Hell, if she had known, she would've tried to clean. "What.. Goldie wh.. what 'appened?" Sam whispered, stepping out of her darker home to press a paw up against her chest. Maybe Sam was overstepping her bounds, but the cat didn't frankly care at the moment.
