I HEARD, I HEARD ACROSS A MOONLIT SEA
THE OLD VOICE WARNING ME
BEWARE, BEWARE THE DAUGHTER OF THE SEA
BEWARE, BEWARE OF ME.
[align=center]The female had no idea of the true age of the leader of Elysium, but even if she were to find the female young, the captain would not be able to say much of it. Her whole life, she has been involved with politics - and that isn't just because she'd been captain from the original, and only, captain of the Typhoon until she stepped up (although it certainly played a large role in the decisions she made). As soon as she could wander about the territory, she ran into the leader of Snowbound, who'd later be known to be her dad, giving them presents - foods that'd smelled like none she'd ever tried before. And then, suddenly, that leader was living with them, along with the rest of his group...staying as enemies invaded their homes. When time came for them to fight those enemies and leave, she'd then find her papa dead on the shore, his bleeding path beginning just beside her. Becoming an envoy, sticking up for her crew when Snowbound stabbed them in the back, she killed a Pittian member, leading to her capture, then to her rescue. Her name was spread across the tongues of the Pitt for the crime she committed - murdering their member - then her mama died in her place. So, she fought. And she didn't stop fighting. She still is. Goldenluxury Roux has never once stepped out of politics, and she stepped into her destined position as captain as soon as she took her first steps on this world. She'd never been an inexperienced child.
And, while Rin wasn't necessarily wrong to say this interaction may have some impact over formal opinions on both sides, she didn't think it'd sway her too far either which way. Elysium was a justice-seeking group, the Typhoon was a bunch of pirates. They didn't really have any issues with each other so far, considering the most stealing the Typhoon has been able to commit recently has been against everyone's enemy - undeniably awful. Tena wasn't looking for any alliance, and neither was Goldie. There was no foundation to any long-lasting deal between the two groups. They were better off going off their own ways, just as before, and she doubts this little exchange would change that. The pirates weren't unfair, but they still did what they desired. There's no guarantee to any friendly relationship after all of this - perhaps just a mutual understanding.
At the acceptance of her assumptions, the female would nod sharply. "Stay here for now. 'll grab somethin' t' at least get your strength up n' hopefully stop most of the bleedin'." And with that command, the captain would turn purposefully towards their jungles, pushing herself quickly to the nearest patch. She was bound to find something useful quickly. The things she needed for this, after all, are not too rare or complex. Marigold would be the first thing she spots, and she would quickly yank a few out of the ground, before looking around for any sort of food she could find - preferably fruit. A bit of bananas would be the first thing she could find, and she grabbed just one for now, unintentionally pulling a few to the ground in her rush. It would take no more than a few moments for the captain to return with both marigold and an unpeeled banana in her jaws. Assuming Rin was a good listener, the female would drop her findings, pushing the banana closer. "Stay still, n' 'll apply these herbs. They ought t' stop any bleedin'."

NOTHING'S EVER LOST FOREVER, IT'S JUST HIDING IN THE RECESS OF YOUR MIND AND WHEN YOU NEED IT, IT WILL COME TO YOU AT NIGHT. I MISS THE YELLOW. I MISS THE YELLING AND THE SHAKEDOWN. I'M NOT COMPLAINING, NO, I GOT A BETTER SET OF KNIVES NOW. I MISS MY DRUMMER, MY DEAD STEPBROTHER, AND THE PIT CROWD. AND CHUCK AND MATTY - IF THEY COULD SEE ME THEY'D BE SO PROUD.
