draekon hated the silence. he knew that it was getting late but it had been so noisy, so loud all day long that.. something felt wrong. it made his ears ring, made his body feel like static, and everything, even the snap of a twig under his feet felt like an intense pressure crushing his skull, but he needed the noise. he needed sound, he needed to hear what was going on around him..
he couldn’t stop pacing. he’d been going like this for ten minutes, wearing down a path in the dirt as he went. ten steps, turn, ten steps, turn.. it had been the size of his cage at the circus and pacing made it feel.. less small.. but now the world had no end, it seemed, if he kept walking one way he could probably go forever. grunts and huffs left the big cat, trying to calm his panic with his own noises but his ears didn’t seen to like that. they only pinned back against his skull, which only made his noises louder.
