bai kept up the purring, nuzzling them and spreading their scent as far as they could reach on their friend, claiming them as theirs. nobody would touch them and think that they belonged to another group, cass would practically smell of bai shi themselves.

cass was someone that they loved and had recognized it some time back but never thought about it, or what it meant. but to ever say that? to say that they loved them? that took more strength than they had. especially after being turned away by their friend. they couldnt risk losing everyone, not when cass was their last beloved. sighing, the golden dragon nibbled at cass' ear, eyes closed as sadness laced through them before it was shuttered away.
