[font=trebuchet ms]Along came a new creature. Her stature was that of an apprentice, but Rin knew better than to assume she was one. A person's age rarely disqualified them from holding power, even if it really should have in most circumstances- sometimes, there was little you could do.
She had to wonder how Bastilleprisoner was doing, if he had recovered from the trauma of what had happened with Starrynight. He might still be alive and kicking; that was more than she could say for anyone else she'd known to be in that situation. Some were dead, others were just waiting.
Tena, she'd called herself, was Elysium's "magna." Rin hadn't been around in Elysium long, but she was fairly sure that was their version of a leader. She would have not have wished that on anyone of Tena's age, but these were the times they lived in, she supposed. Tena appeared to be handling it well, but looks could be deceiving.
Nonetheless, Rin dipped her head in acknowledgement. "Thank you," she answered, looking back up. "It... really does mean a lot."
