I told him that, and that's when my dad changed. he was no longer gentle with me, no longer told me he cared about me. that's when I knew something was hurting my dad way worse than he was hurting me." her ears switched backwards and her muzzle curled. "my dad smelt like sulfur. he reeked of it. it happened after we left our family's lands. when my uncle found me, my mum's brother, he said that we had to run and we couldn't stop running until we reached his territory."
