As she stares Arthur down, keeping a too-careful watch on him, another scent wafts towards her. Her eyes narrow, suspicion creeping back up her spine as she glances over the snowy landscape, finally spotting Dogmeat. She didn't seem to have any ill intention with the nonchalant way she moved--but she knew looks could be deceiving. She looked older, more weathered, but that didn't mean she could simply write her off. If anything, with two against one, it wouldn't be a difficult fight against her. She knew better than to let her guard down.
West does blink at the way she addresses the male, though, momentarily side-tracked from her planning as her attention flicks back and forth between the two. She wasn't sure what to make of either of them, but before she can really dwell on it, Dogmeat is welcoming her in and she allows the breath that she had been holding in her lungs out. It escapes in a soft cloud of smoke, escaping her nose like a dragon roused from sleep, and her weariness floods over her at the thought of a warm bed.
"Thank you." she says, truly grateful despite her wariness of the two and their group. Even now she was still waiting to be ambushed. "May I be shown around? If it isn't too much." she's well-aware of the way the older female watches her, but pretends not to notice.
