[align=center][div style="borderwidth=0px; width: 55%; text-align: justify;"]☂ Moving wasn't an abstract concept to Phoenix, although never one she had grown to resent. Moving was apart of her nature, her wellbeing, since her main source of income when she was "alive" was wandering the landscape and reclaiming relics of great power. So, needless to say, Phoenix did not call home a physical place. Home to her were people and memories, although those had also been lost now. In a way, Phoenix had moved, although the analogy quickly grew muddy with that comparison. She was co-leading the Elysium, sure, but if this place was ever going to become home to her in the way her old life had she would have to connect to inhabitants and form new memories. She was on the right track with Bex, having taken a quick liking to the border collie, but aside from that she had little experience with others.
Wandering around with no real purpose didn't exactly service that cause, but at the very least it got her more familiar with the intricate ins and outs their joint territory had to offer. The sight of another being during her mindless walking was a pleasant sight, and one Phoenix fully intended on capitalizing as willowy black legs carried her quietly toward the feline. "Hail and well met, my dude," she greeted in a mix of profession and casual mannerisms, flashing her teeth in an awkward smile she had yet to perfect. It was HARD to make smiling as some sort of dog-wolf thing look good. "Don't believe we've met, though you sure smell like you belong here." What a wackjob statement in any other situation. "SO, my name is Phoenix, nice to meet'cha 'n all that jazz. Let's get to the important business." As Phoenix spoke, an eyebrow slowly raised so that she stared at Dimitri with quizzical scrutiny.
"You're given a billion dollars to make insects a staple food, like apples or a good ol' burger. How do you do it?" Would he understand the concept of human money, or even their foods? Phoenix had no fucking idea. But it was a hellfire attempt at an icebreaker question.
