ARISIDE LANECES
✯ — GIVE ME A CHANCE TO CATCH MY BREATH
space
looks like our fav unlucky buff tigress takes the fall //
business had been slow lately, leaving the tigress with nothing to do. the merc wasn't fond of sitting on her claws, waiting for some fish to bite the string out in the roiling waters. war was coming, and she could read the waves.
the rank stench of the birds reached her while she was out on solitary patrol, her paws sinking into the coastal sand, off to investigate the net she had set up a few weeks - was it months now? - to catch the largest of the debris from the flood. her head turning to the side, she felt a ripple of annoyance. more fucking birds? how disgusting. not that she could smell the pitt, but she had her thoughts on who would stockpile the damn bodies. this was far worse than any demon she had fought, scent-wise.
approaching one such pile warily, she scoffed at the thoughts running through her mind. oh. Ames and Vince would get a fuckin kick out of it if she spread the putrid bodies left to rot in the pitt's territory, just like the body she had left hanging there while visiting the rosebloods. hmm. maybe business wasn't so bad these days. approaching one pile, she sniffed through her kerchief cast over her nose, hackles up at the stench, underlaid by the pitt's smell.
" ... are you for fucking for real?"
