As of right now, that would not fit underneath anything. You could go with Tikki's suggestion OR make the illusion of this through mental manipulation / flame appendages! I personally suggest using intangibility, as in the description within this guide [url=https://beastsofbeyond.com/index.php?topic=4757.0] it says you can create ethereal appendages.
