Revamp traditions ideas
- sending slaves out with supplies to make their way back to prove loyalty
- coffee, sugar, wine, chocolate? Give a reason for needing slave labor
- the strong eat the weak, you can challenge a higher up for their rank (but they get to make up the rules for the challenge)
