Amun wasn't sure where he was going. He wasn't sure if this was such a good idea. What if he got lost and his sister couldn't find him? No, that was a foolish thought. Amunet would always fine him. He was sure of that much. He wasn't sure what he thought of this new experience. There were some things he loved about having a physical form, such as feeling the rocks and plants he adored so much beneath his paws. But then there were people. He wasn't sure how to handle them or how to make them like him in the same way they seemed to like his sister. He didn't understand their jokes or the looks they gave each other and that frustrated and confused him more than anything else. For whatever reason, it seemed his sister hadn't prepared him for this moment and he didn't understand why he'd been kept from the rest of the world for so long. Had she been afraid of what he'd do or how he'd reflect upon her? And how long had it been since she last called upon him? She hadn't answered the question but he hoped it was only because that, at that moment, there'd been more visitors. He'd ask her again eventually but he knew she was upset right now. It was best to let her recover. His purpose was to comfort her, not to cause her more anguish.
He was pulled from those thoughts when he saw two unfamiliar figures and carefully made his way forward, his ears pressed against head for a reason even he didn't understand. His eyes drifted to the cows, which the pair seemed to be discussing. "Useful," he barely thought about the words as he said them. How did he know cows were useful? He'd never seen one. Yet he knew that they produced leather and milk and meat and that they could be used for sacrifices to some gods. Perhaps it was from the nights when his spirit wandered, gathering information. "But unsanitary," he wasn't sure where that come from either, other than the fact that ever since getting a physical form he'd been having nightmares of getting sick. It was constant when he was outside of Amunet's body but he didn't understand why. He wasn't even sure if he could get sick. He assumed that if he could, it would've happened already. Yet these nightmares and fears still plagued him, even if they were far from plausible.
