Masie scurried up behind the scene, poking her head out from behind Luci before darting to stand next to Goldie and finally deciding to stand with her shadow over TechnoPaw to ensure the small animal stayed safe. From the encounter with Luca it seemed that the small creature was easily frightened and needed someone bigger to keep her protected, just like how Owen and Sisters protected her. Amber optics looked at the two creatures from outside of the group, she recalled seeing the lion before so she was not so worried, tilting her head surprised to see a bird making the noise that the others did. How was it doing that? Why couldn't she do that if a bird could? For now, she would just focus on trying to understand what everyone was doing, instead of why many animals made certain noises she couldn't mimic. "Luci?" turning her head she chittered for the large creature, seeing if she could get the others attention at all. Out of everyone here, she'd have the easiest time understanding an explanation given by Owen's friend. Of course, that was granted, Luci knew what she wanted to know.
