YOU'RE ATTEMPTING TO BORE ME !
CAESAR CIPHER. MALE. THE TYPHOON. OFFICER.
Bad intentions is what Caesar was here for. The demon was here to take over the universe and bend people to his will, ruling with an iron fist and forcing fear into everybody's hearts. Unfortunately, with most of his powers stripped away (and some forever, never to return), he couldn't really achieve that. Not at this moment at the very least. Caesar was still slowly rising the ranks in The Typhoon, although with Lucifer's recent promotion, the demon once again felt like he was in some sort of competition with the large dragon.
Argus had been the first person Caesar felt threatened by, oddly enough. Although Pincher was Captain and therefore held all the power over the clan, Argus was the one in his way that prevented him from becoming Quartermaster. The female had been here longer than him and although he had risen to the same rank as her, she was eventually chosen over him for the deputy position. Had Caesar not been so power-hungry and driven by rage, he probably would have understood Pincher's decision; after all, he had two strikes on his ass and Argus had been here much longer than him. So Argus was always in the way, Argus was the one who prevented him to be able to lead this damned place. And when she disappeared, Caesar was relieved.
So of course he wouldn't look too pleased to see the former deputy as he came to stand next to Lucifer. The demon's ears flicked as he stared up at Argus and he let out a little hum, as if he was trying to decide on what to say. "Yeah, welcome back," The Officer finally spoke, his tail tip flicking.
