Perhaps he could be hinting at something here. When he spoke this last sentence, his words became long and drawn own, as if he was thinking about something. The last storm that happened here was the tsunami and The Typhoon had survived, although they had to rebuild most things. On the other hand, however, the flames that destroyed his Home Dimension were permanent. If he had done any other power, there was a possibility of people surviving and he being wiped from existence.

Caesar shook his head, trying to act like he hadn't gotten lost in his thoughts. "If she wants to control them properly," He huffed. "Then the easiest thing is to just do and not think about it."
