Especially not as she rounded a corner and began to leisurely make her way down the hall, the faint scent of another alerting her of a possible presence but nothing that managed to concern her. Within the Observatory, things had been deemed to be relatively safe, the only danger being what lurked on the outside of its walls. Besides, most of the inhabitants here were, much to her chagrin, children and what harm could they do?
It was almost ironic that she was mulling over that thought just as Isabelle jumped out, that roar in combination with that mask capable of causing the hardened warrior to leap backwards, fur fluffing up beneath her red cloak. For a moment, all she saw was red, teeth bared at this child who had simply wanted to play an innocent prank. It took her a moment to regain her senses and frown rather deeply at Isabelle, her dislike towards children peaking. "Uncouth. Disrespectfu-" Agathe cut herself off, almost biting her tongue as she did so. This had to be some extension of the Halloween "festivities" but she still didn't appreciate them. Not one bit. "You'll give someone a heart attack." She muttered distastefully, soothing down her fur and resuming her indifferent composure. Goddess above, a child had managed to frighten her.
She really was going soft, wasn't she?
