YOU'LL KNOW I WASN'T JOKING WHEN YOU SEE THEM TOO
The week had already started to drag along when she took that fucking drink. Her step-father's apparance had done little to calm her down- if only bringing her stress and self control up higher levels. It was just their luck- rahter - her luck that the tanglewood would try and poke- and prod at their border again.
The scent was fresh with blood- which either meant that Argus was missing the battle or it was someone trying to fool their way in. Beedy red eyes glared at the small spec along the tracks. Wings angling her down from her flight- and she landed with little fanfare.
Crimson orbs lit with the kind of sickened glee that she could express only to enemies. But the rest of her expression remained a tight control of apathy. "You smell like the enemy" It would be just like beck to try and widdle a spy into their ranks after such a battle. But the only thing pressing at her then was that the other wouldn't be careless about the scent if they were trying to spy. "What is your name, stranger?" For now that would have to do, at least until someone else could come as backup if the other decided to spring.
