His fur rises, pricked when Masie looks at him, hissing. Bakugou brows furrow at the creature, about to growl in return when he decides he would rather ignore the raptor's presence. It's easier for him to pretend she didn't exist at this point. It looked far more professional but the temptation to cremate the girl on the spot was burning within him, swelling his insides. His annoyance was obvious with the way his hairs all stood, prickling outwards as if he had been electrocuted. The fire that coated his tail became a little hotter. The plants which were unfortunately situated close to him were beginning to wither, melting from the heat. Bakugou was never meant to be contained. He was like a grenade, waiting to be ignited, waiting to explode and cause destruction. It was his nature. One was never meant to suppress and hold back their nature. The very emotions swim within his system, ingrained within his DNA, acting as his life support. The negative emotions, feeding his hearth, letting him breathe just a little easier. Trying to suppress it all was if he was holding on for dear life, trying not to drown within the realm of Poseidon.
Bakugou looks to Luciferus, noticing the growing shadow from behind him. An Officer now. It still felt surreal to know that the beast was now an Officer, a rank ahead of him because he had been gone beneath the stupid rocks. He merely bites the bottom of his lip, listening patiently to what the abyssal reptile had to say. Wise and civil as always. He was sure that Lucifer could make the worst of his insults into something that sounded vaguely respectful. Regardless, the male didn't offer anything more than he had other than formalities, ears quickly rotating towards Owen. The Reaver scoffs at the raptor trainer's reply, rolling his eyes before suddenly blinking his eyes in bewilderment. Sir? He was genuinely baffled for a moment before reminding himself that it was probably directed to Lucifer. The dragon was much more intimidating in appearance than him. Everyone liked Lucifer, they all viewed him like a god. It made him jealous sometimes.
Finally, Buckingham speaks. Like the Sunhavener, he is glad the other hated the raptors and agreed with his opinions. His experience with the dinosaurs weren't all that pleasant. What was once a neutrality towards them had immediately turned sour, and nothing afterwards the raptors had done had led Bakugou to re-settle with them. He always felt himself on edge, always angry. They were an immediate mood changer. The atmosphere felt bitter, left to ashes. Bakugou's sanguine eyes settle on the male, pleased with the other's response. He tilts his head towards the indominous rex, trying to suppress a creeping smirk. "You 'eard him. Party's over - leave. I don't care where so long as it's not here," the ragdoll says coolly, waving his flaming tail, "You don't want to keep our guest feelin' uncomfortable." The only time Bakugou was hospitable, using words such as 'guest' or 'comfort' in his speech, was when he was doing it at the expense of others. The indominous rex was always doing things to annoy him. Why wouldn't he take the chance to embarrass him in the face of politics? Bakugou would never forget how much the creature irked him.
Ascendants. He knew them to be the enemy of The Typhoon (The Pitt not counting because he was sure everyone hated them). He was willing to offer Sunhaven assistance but the male hadn't explicitly asked for it, stating that they would be fine. The island already had their own conflicts too. Their numbers were down, members were still injured and recovering. It would be too hard for The Typhoon to offer assistance at this point. Regardless, he's glad the male's reason for being here was for event and not for war matters. As much as the ragdoll loved to fight, he knew it was not a good time for The Typhoon to charge right in. He didn't want to put a target on their heads whilst they were vulnerable at this moment in time. "Ah, well anyone who wants to be there will be there," he replies. No 'thank you's, no nothing. He has never been good with manners. "So are you headin' straight back to Sunhaven or are ya goin' to stay a while to rejuvenate before goin'? The raptors shouldn't bother you provided Owen actually knows how to control 'em."
