Normally the young raptors father and sister had to keep a very close eye out because it seemed next to impossible to keep the infant near the nest. Majorly, young staying near their nest was never any problem, but this was not the nest she had hatched within nor was she anything short of extremely adventurous. Ever since she was swift enough to move without falling flat on her face after about ten feet of dashing? The young raptor had been slipping from the nest and exploring the world around them as if she large as her sisters. Only, she found some stuff they could not because of her smaller size, zipping through fallen hallow tree's, and basically using the whole forest as her personal jungle gym. Thanks to all of her current running around? She would easily be able to keep up with her sisters as she grew, her legs remained shorter than the others now, but she had great muscle tone. Masie was lucky enough to have the benefit of being wild born, so she could run for as far and long as possible until Owen, Delta or now Blue, told her it was time to go back to the nest.
Today was different from most of the days she darted into the forest to explore every inch of each and every blade of grass. At the current moment? Masie was much more curious about her returned sister! Owen and Delta had went somewhere, likely to hunt. Right now, it was the perfect opportunity for Masie to investigate Blue without anyone else interfering. "Blue." she spoke the other's name, far from hidden but her body was great protection against her being seen by other predators against the forest, since she was brown. Slowly, Masie approached, tilting her head and raising her body up looking larger but far from threatening considering her stomach was not protected in this position it was clear she was just trying to look at Blue easier. "Hungry?" the small raptor asked the question, honey amber optics blinking softly as she lowered herself again, head returning to it's normal position. Her sister had seemed ravenous earlier, but she had eaten some fish and the deer leg, so Masie had to wonder if she was still hungry or not. If Blue was still hungry? The little raptor would go find her some small stuff to tide her until the others could get back with a real meal.
