Large ears heard the choking sputtering noises from the lion, but also could quickly detect his life was in no legitimate danger. Jiyu would never just allow harm to befall him, but this wasn't harm it was justified considering the lack of consideration she deemed him as having shown before. Ironic that she was the one judging that, when she kept everything about herself away from everyone around her, one who never once tried to consider feelings beyond how they could be used against the enemy. What was she even judging him for, she didn't care about anything? At least her stoic nature kept all of her idea's and notions to herself, the behavior she exhibited easily able to be passed off as simply being part of how 'creepy' some considered her at times.
His shame was one of the things she really did not see, all of her life within this group those around her had displayed such things with pride. "Ji-Ji!" the sweet voice carried across the grounds, her stoic head turning towards the pointed feline sitting behind some sort of concessions booth, toothy grin upon her face. "What." no question, but the child had been around her enough, the point better knew the truth than she did. "I'm giving away Lollipops today! Which one do you want?" no smile, unchanging as ever the calico would take one of the cherry flavored ones, perching herself on the ledge of the booth as she sucked on it, mismatched gaze glancing to the bright eyed kid. Maybe she was just numbed to these, or maybe it was the fact she did have somewhat of a penchant for certain things in spite of biology and her rearing. "Come on Joyous! Loosen Up, Try One!" the tuxedo tom spoke and whatever he was holding, was shoved towards her face. Newer animals sitting around would think the pacifist was suicidal, but his sister accepted the wad of cotton candy from him, simply staring for a few seconds before devouring it and remaining among them. sweets always seemed to have memories attached no matter how empty and stoic she was.
Glancing at the wolfdog, she moved her gaze away to focus on the Marshmallows as she took one swiftly, flipping it into the air with her long tail and catching it within her jaws easily. At the very least she had to make sure the new comer had any reason to suspect she had some abnormal diet in this world. Jiyu wouldn't own up to wanting it, how could she, the calico didn't even know herself, but she didn't question taking one. "Sometimes they're colored." it was relevant, not that she really wanted to talk, but since Sep seemed to like these things, may as well tell him there was more variety than the poof whiteness.
