She certainly didn't believe in the paranormal herself. They were just make-believe, only existing in scary stories or tales used to scare children to bed. She herself didn't believe even half the accounts people were telling of run-ins with ghosts recently. She was the kind to believe things when she saw it for herself. Today, it seemed, she would get exactly that.
The yelling and sounds of wreckage was what lured her over, unsure what she would find, though a poltergeist wasn't on the list. She expected some drunkard on a rage, or maybe even their rival clan or whatever causing havoc. But she comes in just enough time to see Wendell being thrown from his little abode, the wolf frozen in place as she realizes that there was nothing inside. Nothing living, anyways. For a moment she thinks she's hallucinating, watching the approaching gust of debris flying towards her, but she's quickly proven wrong when it slams into her and knocks her off her paws.
Ymir grunts as she falls to the ground, landing hard on her side. She looks around, dazed, still unsure of what happened. "What the hell was that?" she asks, half towards Wendell and half towards no one in particular. So maybe she was wrong about ghosts and shit.
