Although to everyone else, it may seem like Caesar didn't care for anyone. But truth be told, the savannah cared for his siblings, despite what it may seem. He wanted to be with Atbash and Vigenere again but unfortunately, they both cast him out due to his actions. Understandable, of course, but Caesar had a reputation to uphold and if that meant acting like he didn't care about anybody, so be it.
